Hey folks. So anyhow. Zoe and her friends are celebrating today in downtown Chattanooga, Tn. Zoe has been Bailee’s best friend most of their lives. She is a wonderful, loving and caring young lady! She accepts everyone as they are regardless of their religion, politics or sexual orientation. The world is a better place because of Zoe Helms!!
